From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009
What better place to while away the early evening than overlooking the manicured fairways of the Four Seasons Golf Club?
This quixotically named resort boasts a spectacular clubhouse that looks more like a Richard Rogers airport than a place to change out of your plus fours. Restaurant Blades complements the jet-set feel with a globe-trotting menu.
There’s Arabic, Far Eastern and Western dishes to try as well as a set of ‘promotions’, where prime hunks of imported flesh are presented stylishly with sides. The New York strip loin is magnificently plump and the dish of crab cakes, served with mango and sweet chilli sauce, is a treat.
