As restaurant names go, Celebrities sounds unpromising. You shouldn’t worry. The One&Only Royal Mirage could have a hot dog stand and it’d be worth a visit.

Set down the stairs from the lobby and overlooking the gardens, this international dining option isn’t flashy, by Mirage standards, but is still a cut above similar options in other international hotels.

The service is polite to a fault and thoroughly attentive. And, while the food is from that lost continent where sushi may well rub shoulders with steak, it does at least ensure that there’s something for everyone. Everything is presented with painstaking attention to detail and the food is of an excellent quality.
