From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009
The food here is superb. Diners arriving at Keva are presented with a single page of judiciously selected Punjabi gems by enthusiastic staff who bestow the virtues of each dish. The selection of starters is limited, but the mains are excellent, and the heavenly manna forked out encourages over-indulgence.
The Patiala mutton is an encouraging sign of things to come. The meat, in a thick coriander and ginger gravy, is soft and yielding. Likewise, the chicken kadai is fresh, tender and delicately balanced with slow-cooked peppers and onions, which help add an extra twist of piquancy to the dish. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere buzzing. This place comes highly recommended.
