Le Pizzeria Dune is very romantic thanks to it’s quiet, tucked-away setting. Around half-an-hour’s drive away from Dubai in the luxury Bab Al Shams hotel, this Italian restaurant is perfect for an intimate encounter.

Crank the music while you drive and get in the mood for what Time Out reckons is some of Dubai’s most mouth-wateringly good pizza. Fresh toppings and tasty tomato paste form the basis of these simple, crispy pizzas, laden with mozzarella and herbs.

We can recommend the quattro stagioni with mushrooms, artichokes and turkey ham. And, if your date isn’t going so well, you have the option of plying them with a divine dessert, like the cheesecake.
