Silla
Korean restaurant in the Ramada Continental Hotel Discuss this article
From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009
If you’re setting the scene for an intimate liaison, then Silla is ideal.
This Korean restaurant hides behind a small, walled-off area in the Ramada Continental Hotel, with no signposts, and Chinese-style dark-wood screens creating private dining settings for up to 16 people.
The menu is mainly Korean, but Chinese and Japanese dishes make an appearance too. Think stir-fried meats, tofu, spring rolls and special fried rice. Pick a few different dishes and settle in for a feast, but a word to the wise; watch out for the Korean kimchi (pickled vegetables. They take the term spicy to a new and fiery level.
