So good they named it twice? Or is it more about needing to repeat everything to be heard over the resonating hum of shoppers in Mall of the Emirates? Either way, Chop Chop isn’t a bad pick for some reasonably priced mid-shopping sustenance.

It’s particularly good if you get a window seat overlooking the entertaining novice skiers and boarders in Ski Dubai. A fusion of Asian cuisines, avoid the sushi and go for one of the Chinese fast-food dishes like egg fried rice and chow mien, along with crispy roasted meats drenched in hoi sin sauce.

The fat spring rolls make a great snack, too.
