Iraqi restaurant with kebabs worth getting excited about 2 Reviews

From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009
You could play it safe and order a kebab, houmous, and hot, crispy flatbread at Arbel. Or you could live on the edge and order a plate of lamb’s testicles or Iraqi bacha – a bowl of broth and mashed up sheep’s head.
Either way, Deira’s Al Muteena Street is the place to be if you’re looking for amazing Iraqi kebabs and lesser-known Iraqi dishes. This kebab house won’t win any decor awards; but you can’t fault the portion sizes and the staff are friendly.
Patrons are a mostly male contingent, so be prepared for harmless staring if you’re a member of the fairer sex. But don’t be so vain; they’re probably more interested in your steaming portion of lamb knackers.
