From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009
Beautifully draped ceilings, cream furnishings and large open windows create a light and tranquil space. The service is immaculate, barely allowing a crumb to hit the table before it is sweept up.
And you will make a mess when eating here, as all table manners go out of the window when scoffing the dishes down. Lebanese staples are well done, the shish taouk in particular comes with succulent chicken and fluffy bread.
But even when the restaurant dares to veer away from the cuisine, with dishes such as avocado and shrimp salad, they are a success thanks to the freshness of the ingredients.
You may be able to get Lebanese food cheaper elsewhere, but if you love the cuisine, it’s worth splashing out.
