The Ritz-Carlton is gracefulness itself. Their excellent afternoon tea (Dhs88) is served in the lounge area; expect the full panoply of silver teapots, tip top pastries and sandwiches. If you can’t wait for cocktail hour, take the champagne package (Dhs145) with flutes of bubbly to accompany your freshly baked scones.
