Acclaimed Portuguese restaurant and cafe Lana Lusa is opening at a new location in Uptown Dubai.
The Iberian influenced spot is bringing its pastries and small plates to the the DMCC’s urban luxury hotel SO/ Uptown Dubai.
The restaurant will continue to offer its signature menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner which includes favourites pastel de nata and frango assada.
It will also bring a party atmosphere with live music set to feature at the venue twice a week.
Lana Lusa is expected to open at the site in late 2024 with the fit-out process beginning later this month.
It will join five other restaurants, cafes and bars at Uptown Tower alongside The Citronelle Club, Brasserie Uptown, Celeste, Savant, and Lazuli.
Lana Lusa continues to expand with two premises already in Dubai, the first at Wasl 51 in Al Wasl and the second, a venue at Time Out Market Dubai.

he first Lana Lusa opened in 2020 with an emphasis on shared plates, inspired by the Portuguese version of tapas called petiscos.
The Mediterranean-inspired brand is still in the process of relocating its Al Wasl branch to a new, fully licensed home at Dubai Water Canal within Four Seasons Privates Residences Dubai at Jumeirah.
This new location will boast a terrace overlooking the canal which is as close as you can get to a relaxed lunch in Lisbon without being in Lisbon.
