They have no idea about their products! I asked for a proper camera with high quality pictures and they recommend me a real bad one which pictures are much worse that my 6 year old compact one. Of course, they didn´t accept my claim after realizing the poor quality of the camera, though I paid 1000 DHS for it, cause "the 7 days for claiming" had passed. So why should we buy there instead of in a supermarket, if they don´t take responsibility of their advises and don´t care about customer satisfaction??
Probably I´m used to the standards of customer care in Europe where the shop would had taken fully responsibility for the wrong advice, and would have offer an apology, and reimbursement or at least an exchange. It´s really sad that they have the same policy as if we had bought it in a big supermarket choosing the camera on our own instead of asking for advice to some so called "professionals"... very sad.
