With handmade guitars, pianos, and all the little bits of kit that Dubaian musicians have traditionally had to order off the internet (reeds, trumpet oil, guitar strings) are now all on hand in this store. You will find that Music Chamber supports the philosophy, ‘We are musicians, not merchants’, meaning that prices are kept low. There are 15 practise rooms that you can hire to play the piano or rehearse with your band. Lessons are also available: choose from violin, percussion, singing, sax, flute, trumpet, piano, oud, kanoun and guitar, and pay Dhs50 for 30 minutes or Dhs100 for one hour.
