Stride for Life isn’t so much a club, but a programme to help people return to exercise and adopt a fitter, healthier lifestyle. The organisation has specific plans for various distances, from 5km to a full marathon. The group also offers Nordic walking (pole walking), an efficient, aerobic and easy way to improve your physical condition.
