Thanks for checking out our page on Time Out Dubai.
Brandon, we currently we don't have a limit on weight for kite surfing. As long as you have the right equipment and conditions, skill and dedication, you can enjoy the sport in Dubai all year round. In fact, some of our best riders are around or over 100kgs.
Please check out our website: www.kitesurfdubai.ae for more info on kiting in Dubai.
