The sessions are a combination of cardiovascular workout, strength training and stretching, and each 45-minute session includes a variety of different exercises with no two sessions ever being the same, which means a full-body training programme designed to work every muscle.
The sessions take place twice weekly on Sundays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm, and will see participants skip, squat and train to within an inch of their lives (jokes).
The sessions are designed to help you lose weight, tone up and increase lean muscle mass while improving cardio endurance, while enhancing overall balance and coordination.
