This hapkido class is very good. it helps me get fitter and more self aware. Also i learn self defence because i will need it. i would recommend hapkido rather than any other martial art.

Greeting,
I would like to appreciate the management & all the staff of Al Areesh club, more over A special appreciation for the great coach Mr. Meti Sayer who prove the honesty in teaching us in his class as I was joined different martial arts before like ( Kick boxing & Taikwando) but truly here in Hapkido I finally learned the meaning of martial arts because Meti is not only a couch NO he is showing the small small issues in all techniques (exultant explanation I never met before) this Man he give enough time & monitoring for all the students white belt till black one all has his consideration. for me after I reach 40 years old I thought I will never success in martial arts specially I quit since 17 years but I am honestly appreciate & thank full for Mr. Meti Sayer .
