Learn to passively explore the underwater world through these introductory to advanced AIDA Freediving Courses. The courses involve theory, pool and open water sessions and run every month. There are also trips every four to six weeks.

Great bunch of guys and gals to deal with and even greater to dive with... You definitely learn a lot from them, as they give each student the time, attention and effort thats needed to grasp any concept of freediving, and thats both in and out of the water!

Very cool bunch of people, and extremely welcoming... I have been out once, I am a beginner and they had no issues what so ever, in me tagging along and learning some tricks and giving me tips that got me to really improve my diving... Try it our for yourselves, it is seriously addictive :o)
FREEDIVING UAE, these are a great bunch of dudes and dudets.
They helped me discover a whole different side to myself, each one of them will take the time to help get you deep within the blue.
There method of teaching is quiet relaxed and some have a lot to share about techniques they've learned from champion free-divers.
Oh and don't just jump in, there's a lot more to free-diving than holding your breath, so before you do it, get in touch with these guys and they'll help make the trip down there a whole lot more fun.
If youre into Freediving, snorkling or just being in the water, then these are the guys to get in touch with. The team is very welcoming and warm. They are really experienced and in touch with some of the top Freedivers in the world, organizing workshops and seminars.
Theyre based in Abu Dhabi, but many of the members live all over the UAE. Besides the training meets they have in Abu Dhabi, they meet once or twice a month on the East coast to enjoy the ocean.
I highly recommend them.
