Nine-hole pay-and-play golf course at Meydan Hotel Reviews

A new nine-hole pay-and-play golf course with no membership fees, located next to the Meydan Racecourse on the site of the old Nad Al Sheba golf course. Tee markers (shaped like horse shoes, naturally) of five colours transform the course from a challenging 3,700 yards in length to a more manageable 2,690 yards. The course is teeming with birdlife, with water in play on every hole – often begging you to hit over it – and features ten bunkers guarding the greens. Dhs195 summer green fees.

A terrible, terrible experience...much better golf facilities to go spend your golf money.
While the location is convenient, the course design and maintenance are so-so at best. Patchy fairways, unfinished sourroundings...you'll find mucch better value for money courses nearby.
The worst part beeing the clueless, if not rude management staff. They will deny you promotion rates arguing "this is the way you run a business, pal"
If you're either a tourist or a local casual player, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
Don't be fooled by the Troon logo ; it certainly does not live up to its reputation.

This is simply the worst Golf Course of the U.A.E. When you get there it looks like a parking but this is a golf. The rates are very expensive and they try to get you. It is aed295 for 9 holes and it is clearly not worth it. You can get a lot better in almost all the courses of Dubai and the UAE for the same price or even cheaper and with a better quality.
The golf carts are the worth. You get stopped all the time. By night it is a little bit better but not that much. If you want to play golf, do not lose your money on that course.
