A filmmaker finding it hard to make ends meet is approached about a job that could finally be his ticket to stardom. Kyle Freeman is asked to interview the surviving members of a cult that met a horrific end in the Arizona desert in 1975. But as the shoot begins, some unexplained occurrences make him believe that the film, entitled the Temple of the Last Days, is cursed.
