Don’t miss the exciting finale of Street Fest at City Walk

Families of Dubai, listen up! If you’re yet to head over to City Walk to check out the celebrations at Street Fest, now’s your last chance, so don’t miss out on a whole heap of fun.

This weekend (Thursday November 1- Saturday November 3) sees the fantastic festival draw to a close. So from free ice cream (you heard us right) to the chance to win some amazing prizes, it’s time to hot-foot it to City Walk.

City Walk has joined forces with Time Out Dubai for a three-week-long programme that’s seen tonnes of visitors delighted by street performances, winning competitions and chomping through delicious treats. What are you waiting for?

The final weekend is approaching, with it all kicking off on Thursday November 1 until Saturday November 3 from 5pm until 10pm.

Being Halloween, this weekend calls for a spooky twist – so dig out your best witches’ hat or scary mask as there are fantastic prizes to be won. And they’ll be dished out by none other than Time Out Kid’s very own mascot – Elliott the Bear. The top prize is a one-hour photo shoot at Cherished Moments Photo studio at Level kids (Ts&Cs apply).

From 5pm onwards, every day, street parades will see up to 20 artists including singers, string trios, flag dancers, stilt walkers, unicyclists and more entertaining the crowds.

There are loads of other prizes on offer during the parades, too. So you’ll stand a chance to take home discounts and vouchers from up to 25 outlets just by getting on your hands on a balloon given out in the parades. Fancy a free dessert from B’dou café and Bareburger? How about a complimentary kids meal at Butcha Steakhouse and Grill? Or maybe a buy-one-get-one afternoon tea at Demoiselle by Galvin tickles your fancy? You can win these and a whole lot more, just make sure to check the label on the below.

This weekend there’s also a special three-day Food Fest by Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet and Le BHV Marais, with food from international kitchens, music performances, shopping and more.

And that’s not all. During the City Walk Street Fest, Lush and Godiva are giving away special treats to mums and their kids – including free ice cream.

If you’re heading there with the whole gang, Mattel Play! Town’s spook-tacular events will run until Saturday November 3, with pumpkin hunts, live entertainment and puppet shows, while The Green Planet will host a range of activities including face-painting and arts and crafts across the course of the weekend. And what’s Halloween without a slice of pumpkin pie? You’ll be able to get a deliciously sweet slice, as well as a wedge of Halloween cake and spooky cupcakes at Clinton St. Baking Company.

Plus there’s an interactive kids’ zone by N Bar to keep the little ones entertained including face painting, dress up photo booth and mask painting.

We’re already practising our Halloween face paint and picking out our costumes, we’ll see you there.
Until Sat Nov 3. City Walk, www.citywalk.ae.
