Kibsons adds cheese, vegan ranges
Say cheese. Okay, we’re actually grinning a little bit right now, and it’s not because of our fantastic sense of humour (clearly), but rather in joy over how we can now order good burrata with a click.

Online grocery delivery service Kibsons is now stocking the dairy favourite. You can shop for different types of cheese too, from Brie, cheddar and Camembert to gouda, Gorgonzola and mozzarella, straight from your couch.

“Cheese is a perfect complement to our range of healthy staple foods for families and kids, whether it’s for breakfasts, snacks or meals,” says Kibsons Director Halima Jumani.

Dedicated vegan? Or just trying to eat more plant-based products and banish the burgers a few days a week? You’re in luck because Kibsons, has also just doubled the size of its vegan range.

Dairy-free cashew-based cream cheese (in flavours ranging from chives to paprika), coconut and nut yoghurts, coconut butter and nut-milks are now all available through the online store, which delivers free across Dubai (including same-day) and promises wholesale, affordable prices. That’s how we do an easy dinner now.

In addition to new vegan products, Kibsons also sells a number of vegan-friendly DIY recipe boxes, including smoothie boxes to help make breakfasting easier, cauliflower rice salad with tofu dressing for lunch, and aubergine stew boxes filled with veggies for a hearty dinner.

The user-friendly site sells a whole range of fresh and pantry produce, with meat, seafood, dairy, baked foods and drinks available in addition to fruit and veg, and a dedicated organic section.

All about organic? Be sure to check out the UAE’s Ripe Market series, which has returned to the great outdoors.

Mum-to-be shopping trip
Launched by a mum entrepreneur, online shopping maternity website Mums and Bumps has now opened its first bricks and mortar store in Times Square Centre.

Expect (if you’re expecting) award-winning designer brands including Tiffany Rose, Rachel Pally, Isabella Oliver, Soon, Sara Menonove, Pietro Brunelli and Pez D’Or in the new 1,200 sq ft retail space.

Mums and Bumps still operates online, and is the largest maternity store in the region. Now you can finally try before you buy, mamas.

Times Square is a mum-approved mall with plenty of kid-friendly outlets, so now that we can shop for the bump there, it’s all just that much better.

Put on a good show at The Mall

Performing Arts School DRAMA SCENE celebrated ten years of unleashing kids’ talents in Dubai by relocating to The Mall on Um Suqeim.
The new studios boast bigger facilities, which will hold a range of classes including acting, musical theatre, public speaking skills and more.
“We’re thrilled to open our premises, as we’ll be providing students with the support and guidance they require to realise their full potential, both on and off stage,” says Ferne Lategan, owner and managing director of DRAMA SCENE.
