Fall asleep under a palm tree on the beach

Try this between the months of April and October and you’ll be relaxing, with some serious burns, in a dermatologists waiting room. However the beaches of Dubai are a city centre refuge for the cooler months of the year. Pack yourself a boom a parasol and a purse change for ice cream breaks and there is no better place to chill out in Dubai. There are many excellent beach clubs with fantastic facilities but free and low cost (how does Dhs3-5 sound for a full day’s access sound) beach parks are worth considering. Stay within ambling distance of malls and cafes at the Jumeirah Beach park or really take yourself out of the way and head to the Al Mamzar beach near the Sharjah border.
