The Springs - renters' guide

What to expect, where to look and how much you should pay

Now one of Dubai’s oldest freehold villa communities, The Springs and the neighbouring Meadows and Lakes (both of which command slightly higher prices) form the Emirates Living area. Popular with families, each individually numbered community has its own pool and park area, and is within five or ten minutes of an international school, petrol station, clinic, supermarkets, salons and selection of casual eateries. The area even has its own skate park.

Average current asking price:

Two-bed villa: Dhs95-120,000
Three-bed: Dhs145-170,000
Four-bed: Dhs175-250,000
Five-bed: Dhs290-600,000
