What to expect, where to look and how much you should pay

An increasingly popular and reasonably-priced new villa community straddling the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (formerly Emirates Road), JV is currently made up of two different neighbourhoods, with Jumeirah Village Triangle just behind Emirates Living and Jumeirah Village Circle across the highway, towards Dubailand. Though neither currently have their own completed shopping area or community swimming pools, there are plenty of kids’ playgrounds and a warming sense of community – JVT residents have even set up their own Facebook group.
