VIDEO: Homeless cat turns YouTube hit

Battle to find a home for ‘Franko the Wonder Cat’ inspires cute home movie

Four-month-old feline Franko has become something of a local celebrity since his Dubai rescuers mounted a bid to find him a home.

After expat Tayla Russell found him hungry, wandering the streets of Satwa, she decided to take him in, and after getting him vaccinated and spayed, set up an online flyer. But the enterprising foster mum didn’t stop there, instead going on to rebrand the ginger kitten ‘Franko the Wonder Cat’, and uploading the a video of ‘his first Hollywood blockbuster, Franko The Movie’ to YouTube, where it has so far attracted around 150 views.

Sadly, no-one has yet come forward to give this playful kitten a loving, permanent home. If you think you’re up to the task, drop Tayla a line at taylarussell@gmail.com or call 052 889 6218.
