Where to watch the NYE fireworks

Don't miss the most spectacular lightshow of the year

Where to watch the fireworks for freeNew Year’s Eve isn’t necessarily about splashing the cash. There are plenty of spots to watch the city’s outlandishly spectacular displays without spending a dirham. One of the best places to head is Burj Park, where you’ll enjoy a unrivalled view of the Downtown Dubai display from the Burj Khalifa. Be warned though, congestion can be extremely heavy for New Year, so we’d recommend arriving over three hours before midnight. For the fireworks on the Palm, hot foot down to Sunset Beach where you’ll get to witness Atlantis’ attempt at a record breaking display and you’ll also have the added bonus of a prime view of the Burj Al Arab’s show.
