Catamaran Cruise Dubai
How much? Dhs550 per person for a four-hour trip, with a buffet and DJ.
Relax on board an enormous catamaran as you sail around the Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab. Included in the price is a barbecue buffet, soft drinks, a live DJ and onboard music, plus towels and snorkelling gear. One of the best bits is the anchoring at the Burj Al Arab, where revellers can enjoy a swim in the shadow of one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. There’s no age limit, making this a family-friendly option for a day out.

How much? Dhs4,000 per hour for up to 90 guests, with four crew and soft drinks.
Perhaps Dubai Marina’s most recognisable party vessel, GuGu, operated by Abu Dhabi Marina Yacht Charter Company, has been moseying up and down Dubai Marina for several years. Able to accommodate up to 90 guests over two floors, the boat has a glass-bottomed dancefloor, lounging areas, an upstairs bar and palm leaf parasols offering shade for early evening cruises.

Cruise up and down the Creek on one of the waterway’s familiar wooden dhows, ornately lit up in soft yellow lights. Each package includes a buffet dinner, featuring a combination of European, Arabic and Asian dishes, plus soft drinks. Mona Lisa Yacht
How much? From Dhs220 per person for public events, Dhs4,500 per hour for private charter.
With a capacity for up to 130 guests (apparently soon to be upped to 200 guests, upon approval following recent testing) and a series of popular brunches and club nights at the beginning of 2014, it’s little wonder this 110ft yacht has become one of Dubai Marina’s most famous. As well as being used for private functions, the boat also hosts regular family lunch cruises, comedy gigs, magic nights, fashion shows and even morning yoga sessions on the enormous deck.
