Dubai is heading to space – or, at the very least, doing the groundwork for it.
This summer you can send your kids on official NASA space camps right here in Dubai, and one of the coolest things you can do to get your other-worldly kicks, if you’re the lucky winner of a competition happening right now, is head to America to undergo some proper astronaut training, including zero gravity, weightlessness training.
On this week’s episode of Straight from the Camel’s Mouth, Tim Skinner, Time Out Dubai’s Head of Video Content, is joined by Scott Campbell, Digital Editor, and Emma Pearson, News & Features Editor, to chat about all of this and more.
The Time Out Dubai team answer some of Google’s most-asked questions about Dubai, and chat about the city’s most novel hotel concepts popping up – including the new FIVE hotel in Jumeirah Village with 271 swimming pools. Tim also gets a step closer to realising his dream of eating a three-course meal in the bath…
