New bigger Floating Seahorse villas in Dubai

Time Out has information and pictures of the new bigger Floating Seahorse villas in Dubai’s The Heart of Europe

Whether on sea or land, Dubai’s insatiable appetite for growth knows no limits.

Even the city’s latest and most exclusive accommodation – The Floating Seahorse Villas – are willing to abide by this trend (as long as the new additions to the team are that little bit special in some way).

And so it is that Kleindienst Group have announced that a new set of homes will be floating in the seas of The Heart of Europe, part of the man-made World Islands community off the coast of Palm Jumeirah.

They will be priced similarly to the initial homes, Dhs 12 million, but have been designed and decorated in Emirati style.

They are also larger than their predecessors, their three floors including two underwater bedrooms, one sky bedroom and a sky majilis (traditional gathering area).

In fact, up to eight adults and eight children can sleep in the four flexi-living/sleeping areas.

When there is need for some privacy, the Seahorse Villas’ signature glass walls can be customized to separate the indoor from outdoor areas.

According to Kleindienst, a total of 40 of these Signature Edition Floating Seahorses will go up for grabs upon completion in October.

The Heart Of Europe is the first significant development on World Islands for some time, and has a USP of attempting to create climate-controlled streets and make al fresco dining a year-long phenomenon.

It was last March that Kleindienst Group officially launched the first Floating Seahorse, an aesthetically designed contemporary marine-style product at The Dubai International Boat Show.

Time Out Dubai team members were some of the first lucky few to go on board.
