A brand new beachfront development has been unveiled by Emaar, and it sets a brand new tone for developments in Dubai.
To be known as The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa, the two-tower project will be located at the end of Jumeirah Beach Residence , dominating the southern end of the strip.
Made up of a luxury hotel in one 74-storey building and a residential complex in the other of the same 290-metre height, it will have 100 metres of private beach, three swimming pools and a range of restaurants and bars.
Bang slap in the middle of its view will be the soon-come Ain Dubai - the world's tallest wheel attraction - on Bluewater Island.
Described in the announcement as an 'architectural marvel', the 'shimmering façade of The Address Jumeirah will wrap around a large hole in the middle.
In more information released by the developer, it was confirmed vast parts of the land it is on will be 'terraces of greenery, outdoor lounges and pools that cascade into each other'.
