James Kingston climbs Almas Tower JLT - video

Time Out has the video as James Kingston climbs Almas Tower JLT. Released on YouTube, it is another of his urban explorer stunts on Dubai skyscrapers

Dubai's most famous urban explorer is back with a brand new video, this time from the top of JLT's tallest tower.

James Kingston, who previously made international news when he scaled Marina 101, posted a new clip of him atop 68-storey Almas Tower in Jumeriah Lakes Towers.

The six-year-old super skyscraper towers over the business and residential cluster in the south of Dubai, and is noticeable also for it's spire that shoots further into the sky up to 360metres (1,180 ft).

Kingston's video, in which he is accompanied by a friend, takes him the very highest point and allowed him to capture some stunning 360 images of Dubai Marina, JLT and Jebel Ali.

The daredevil's behaviour is often met with mixed feelings, some condemning the recklessness of his stunts, and others standing in awe.

This latest clip isn't actually new, but has only come to light recently. Images from it make up the front cover of his new book, 'Never Look Down', in which he discusses how he rationalises the danger as well as reliving some of his most iconic stunts.
