Massive discounts on Wild Wadi tickets throughout July

Beat the heat with cheaper days and nights at Jumeirah’s massive waterpark

Around Town

We all love waterparks, and there isn’t one other time of year where spending a whole day in cold water seems 100 percent necessary than in the height of summer.

That’s why Jumeirah’s UAE resident offer for a whole day at Wild Wadi Waterpark is just so tempting. Usually, you’d be looking at Dhs310 per person over 1.1 metres in height, and Dhs260 for those under. For the rest of July, you can get into Wild Wadi for Dhs195, and that includes full day passes throughout the week and weekend.

Head down between 10am and 7pm between Saturday and Wednesday, 10am and 6pm on a Thursday (and from 8pm until midnight for ladies), and from 10am-10pm for some late night water park Friday fun.

A 20 percent discount on all food, beverage and retail purchases is also available with the reduced-rate passes, and outlets at Wild Wadi serve up wagyu beef burgers, milkshakes and pizzas, so there’s bound to be something for everyone. Just remember to give it an hour before swimming again after eating.

One of the best waterparks around, Wild Wadi has got 30 different rides and water-based attractions to help keep you cool this summer,

And don’t forget the water-resistant sun cream. Slip, slap, slop and all that. Oh, and if you are a guest at certain Jumeirah resorts this summer (including the Burj Al Arab) you can get into Wild Wadi for free – something to think about.

Dhs195. Until end of July. Sat-Wed, 10am-7pm; Thu 10am-midnight; Fri 10am-10pm. Wild Wadi Waterpark, Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim, (04 348 4444).
