SpringFest British Festival returns to Dubai’s Reform Social & Grill

The three-day event promises food, drinks and live music by the lake

Spring is the time for blossoming flowers, baby animals – and SpringFest.

The fourth edition of Reform Social & Grill’s British Festival is back from Thursday 19 to Saturday 21 April with live music, a lazy lakeside location and a selection of more than 40 hops and mixed drinks from around the world.

Music will be provided throughout the weekend by 22 local artists and the venue will even be decked out with a Green Room for live streaming with the artists backstage.

There’ll also be some smoky meats fresh off the barbecue to devour, as well as some tasty veggie options at the many food stalls.

The family-friendly day out also features a dedicated kids’ zone provided by Malaak Mama and Baby Care, plus fun-packed activities with the Magic Phil Show.

There will also be the chance to win ice cream for a year on Saturday 21 when kids are asked to dress up as their favourite pop star for a chance to win.

There’s also a load of prizes up for grabs for the big kids including two tickets to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2018, with winners being treated to a Reform breakfast before being whisked to the event in a complimentary Careem.

There’s also a 15 percent discount on Careem rides to SpringFest across the weekend by entering the promo code SPRINGFEST2018 into the app.

Entry includes a free welcome drink and drinks are purchasable by token thereafter, with tokens costing Dhs225 for five and Dhs380 for ten.

We’ll be the ones hanging around the smoky meats.
Dhs40 (in advance), Dhs50 (on the door). Thu Apr 19, 5pm-10pm; 2pm-10pm Fri Apr 20 & Sat Apr 21. Reform Social & Grill, The Lakes (04 454 2638).
