Free trips to Ras Al Kaimah from Dubai International Airport

Start planning you Eid getaway for less

Around Town

Planning an Eid getaway? Well now you can get to Ras Al Kaimah for free on a luxury shuttle bus.

The Ras Al Kaimah Shuttle Bus is offering a complimentary transfer from Dubai International Airport to the UAE’s northernmost emirate.

And not to worry if you already have plans for Eid weekend (which is expected to start on June 14 ) offer is running from now until Sunday September 30 and there’s nothing we love more than a free ride.

The scenic 45-minute journey will transport you through craggy mountains and a breathtaking expanse of natural terrain – and there’s free wifi on board, too.

When you get there you can relax on one of the many white-sand beaches, climb the county’s tallest mountain Jebel Jais (although you might get a bit toasty) or take on the world’s longest zip line.

The bus leaves DXB Terminal 1 at 6am and Terminal 3 and 6.15am daily, arriving into RAK at 7.30am – bright and early for a full day of activities.

There are drop-off points at all of the major hotels and resorts including Al Marjan Island, Doubletree by Hilton and Rixos Bab Al Bahr.

Returns to Dubai start at 4pm from Hilton Ras Al Kaimah Resirt & Spa and go on until 4.30pm at The Cove Rotana Resort.

For other cheap ways to enjoy the summer in Dubai, take a look at this long list of summer offers, or if you fancy a laugh, watch the Time Out Dubai team take on the RAK zip line here.
