Get half-price VR Park tickets when you go to Reel Cinemas

Ever been so immersed in a sci-fi or action flick that you just want to be in it? You can if you head over to Dubai’s Virtual Reality (VR) Park, and there’s no better time to go.

The futuristic theme park in The Dubai Mall is slicing its unlimited day pass price in half, and all you have to do is simply watch a movie at Reel Cinemas at The Dubai Mall.

Usually Dhs150 for adults and Dhs100 for kids (below 120cm), the limited time half-price offer on the day pass lets cinema-goers spend the whole day at the VR Park, from 10am all the way to 10pm.

Just present your movie ticket at the VR Park desk and the deal is all yours. The offer is only valid on the same day as the cinema ticket was bought.

With more than 20 epic games, rollercoasters and shoot ‘em ups that are on offer, your hands will be virtually full.

Some highlights include The Walking Dead game – a creepy, wheelchair-based zombie shooter, and if you survive that you can try the plunge drop rollercoaster ride simulating what it’s like to be in a broken bucket lift on the edge of the Burj Khalifa. Yikes.

When Time Out Dubai tried out those two games, we weren’t too bad at shooting zombies, but didn’t fare well against the drop…

Wondering what to watch at the cinema? You’re definitely going to want to get tickets for Mission: Impossible – Fallout, as Time Out has given it the full five-star. Yup, it’s that good.
