Ocean Beach Ibiza to open in Dubai next year

Dubai is home to loads of brilliant beach clubs, and now we can add another one to the list.

Ocean Beach Ibiza is bringing its seven-days-a-week daytime pool parties to Dubai as part of a huge expansion that will see it opening its first venue outside of the Canary Islands.

The club is set to open in 2019, although we don't know where yet – stay tuned to Time Out Dubai and we'll make sure you have all the latest updates as we get them.

And as part of the launch, it's losing a few letters and becoming 'O Beach Ibiza'.

Since opening in June 2012, the popular venue has hosted artists including Purple Disco Machine, MJ Cole, Horse Meat Disco and the Ibiza House Orchestra – so we can't wait to see what's in store for Dubai.

It has welcomed A-list guests including Ed Sheeran, Conor McGregor and Stormzy to its gorgeous interiors, which feature crisp white beds and orange décor.

Tony Truman, who founded the party hotspot along with Duane Lineker, said: “We are very excited about the expansion of the brand.

“Next year will be our eighth season on the island and during that time, we’ve seen some truly amazing parties and welcomed thousands of incredible guests to our venue.

“The popularity of O Beach Ibiza is undeniable and the obvious next step for us as a brand is to branch out in to other locations as our ever growing fanbase are eager for us to open up other clubs around the world".

O Beach has also hinted at expansions to Croatia and London, so it's going to be a truly global clubbing experience.

It's just another reason why we can't get enough of Dubai's incredible nightlife scene.
