Get ready for the 24th season of Dubai’s international-themed entertainment destination

Global Village to officially reopen this October

As we wave goodbye to the hotter summer months, nothing gives us a bigger hello to the winter season than the reopening of one of Dubai’s most-love attractions parks.

Dubai’s Global Village is set to reopen on Tuesday October 29 for its 24th season, following a record-breaking seven million visitors for its last edition.

In fact, more than 150,000 people wanted Dubai’s iconic theme park to stay open for longer last season. Clearly, Global Village is a trending spot.

The family-friendly theme park is expected to stay open until April 4, 2020.

The international-themed entertainment destination hosts more than 25 pavilions representing 75 countries across the world, and you’ll be able to indulge in everything from Canadian poutine to Swiss raclette and Dutch mini pancakes.

There’s also a funfair where you can enjoy 28 rides and more than 100 arcade games.

“We continue to remain in-step with changes in the entertainment industry as well as the tastes and preferences of our guests as we contemporise our core offering that encompasses shopping, dining, entertainment and funfair,” said chief executive officer of Global Village Bader Anwahi.

It also hosts some mega-concerts and acts, with Jason Derulo and Liam Payne performing last year.

Still haven’t managed to head over there? It's only Dhs15 to enter so what are you waiting for?
