Time Out Says
If you like waterparks, you’ll love Aquaventure. Chances are if you are a fan, you’ll have already been to the huge waterpark at Atlantis The Palm, but if you haven’t, the big attraction at Aquaventure is the Leap of Faith, a 27.5m vertical plummet that shoots riders through a shark tank (albeit enclosed inside a perspex tube). There are also lots of other slides varying in fearfactor, many of which link to a huge lazy river, so you don’t even need to get out of your rubber ring.
Top slides at Aquaventure Dubai include Aquaconda, the world’s largest waterslide, which will see you catapulted through dark and twisting tunnels before being dropped into the largest fibre glass tube in the world. If your stomach is still going strong, then the Slitherine should be next on your list when visiting Aquaventure. Race your way down the world’s first dual waterslide within a waterslide, speeding through a frenzy of twists and turns as you race to see who is the fastest
Aquaventure also boasts a huge beach, aquarium, plenty of cafés and restaurants, a kids’ area, dolphin experiences and even diving.
