Dubai Bowling Center

Bigger and better than your average bowling alley, with a makeover to match

Poking out of the Al Quoz skyline is a huge faux castle, complete with a pair of imposing turrets. No, it’s not an ancient relic from centuries ago, just take a look at the three enormous bowling balls on top.

The Dubai Bowling Center is one of the most recognisable buildings in the district and it has recently undergone an entire makeover harking back to bowling’s glory days: the 1980s. Now the interior has an equally significant style to match its medieval exterior.

There are 16 professional-grade lanes inside to keep good times bowling rolling in every day and night of the week. And, if you get bored watching your friends and family (AKA competitors) during their turn, you can turn your attention to the classic films being beamed out on projectors instead. You don’t even have to leave your lane for food, just order Japanese cuisine from YAMU directly to your pod.

The attraction features spaces for free-jumping, dodgeball, aerobics and basketball, as well as an e-gaming zone and old school favourites like billiards and ping pong.

Oh, did we mention the colossal 7,000 sq m trampoline park where you can bounce off some steam in between frames, too?
