Dubai Festival Plaza

Time Out Says

The all-new Dubai Festival Plaza officially opened its doors in December, housing 120 shops. And the most exciting news? It has the region’s largest IKEA, which even has a 500-seater café – the first one in the world that you don’t have to go through the store to get to (nice easy access for those Swedish meatballs).

The new local lifestyle destination covers a whopping 64,800 sq m and has more than 2,300 parking spaces – all built around your convenience.

It also has more than 40 restaurants, cafés and food outlets including Tim Hortons, Denny’s, Leopold’s of London, Sapori, and soon to be Smoking Doll – which is a hit in neighbouring Abu Dhabi.

There’s also Marks & Spencer and Lulu Hypermarket, with ACE Hardware soon to follow. That’s not all, as there’s a Stay and Play offering fun for the little ones to enjoy. The mall’s signature services features everything from valet parking, digital wayfinding and free wi-fi access, to home delivery services via IKEA. If you live Dubai Marina or JLT way, this is your new best friend.
