The Time Out Dubai Big, Bad Quiz of the Year is back

The New Year has arrived – and it’s time to get swotting up to win some cash to kick start your 2019.

For the second time, we’re hosting the Time Out Dubai Big, Bad Quiz of the Year – and with last year’s quiz completely selling out (and we mean that quite literally), you won’t want to hang around in booking your table.

Move fast, and book your table at garden on 8 in Dubai Media City’s Media One Hotel on Wednesday January 30, and you could be in with a chance of winning some truly magnificent prizes, including that cold, hard Dhs3,000 in cash. The best part is that it’s completely free to enter.

Last year saw hundreds of people fill out the bar in the hope of winning said cash, as well as some really cracking prizes – including tickets to last year’s sold out Backstreet Boys concert, loads of tickets to Emirates Jazz Fest (which this year has Snow Patrol, Jamiroquai and Alicia Keys topping the bill), staycations and a whole lot more.

This year’s quiz promises much more of the same, so stay tuned for the full details of the prizes to be won.

So, have you been paying attention to what’s been happening through 2018? You’ll want to brush up on your general knowledge, current events and Dubai-centric factoids before you head along, because there’ll be loads of rounds dedicated to the year’s top goings-on, as well as plenty of rounds that’ll have you flexing your creative muscles and giving your grey mass a bit of a workout.

Gather your brainiest mates, do your research and book your table now by calling 04 427 1000. It’s absolutely essential you book your table in advance, every single one of the quizzes we ran over the last year, including the Big Fat Quiz of the Year last January, have completely sold out.

Get studying, and we’ll see you there.
Free to enter. Wed Jan 30, doors open 6pm. garden on 8, Media One Hotel, Dubai Media City (04 427 1000).
