International dance star to perform at Nikki Beach Dubai

Cancel those plans for your trip to Las Vegas, as the glitz and glamour of the city of entertainment is coming straight to Nikki Beach Dubai.

Dubai’s beachside resort on Pearl Jumeira is hosting a huge “Viva Las Vegas” party, and it’s bringing in international dance star Salif Lasource to kick it all off.

Taking place on Friday February 15 from 11am until 8pm, the day-long beach event will see the Parisian street dancer moonwalk and groove his way until sunset, with tracks being played by Nikki Beach’s resident DJs.

Partygoers may know Lasource from his viral YouTube video in 2018, where he danced around the streets of Paris, doing an amazing moonwalk to Michael Jackson’s hit song.

It was shared by international stars such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Lebron James, and in just five days gained five million views on social media.

Those looking for some time in the sun can get a sun lounger for Dhs300, with Dhs250 of that redeemable on food and beverages.

As for the event itself, expect Nikki Beach to party it up “Vegas-Style”, along with its usual pristine white setting, poolside lounging and pumping entertainment.

Valentine’s Day is also this weekend (Thursday February 14), and we’ve gone through some of the cheapest and most expensive options throughout Dubai for you to pick from.
