Originally named Caramel Restaurant and Lounge when it first opened in 2010, the reopened spot will be serving up quality dishes, fruity mixed drinks at its ‘modern bar’ and live music nights.
Open on weekdays from 11am until 3am and weekend from 7pm, the restaurant can seat more than 400 guests in its indoor and outdoor space, with the renovation bring classy and chic designs to its interiors.
Its menu has been revamped, now with new international à la carte and business lunch menus to be revealed soon too.
Spark will also feature weekly live music and party nights, including its ‘Spark Nights’ on Thursdays that boasts a DJ spinning the decks along with a live musician.
On Friday nights, partygoers can head to ‘Spark’s Oriental Nights’ with a live band from Beirut, Lebanon. More nights are to come, so watch this space for further details.
