Black Tap

The orginal Dubai branch of the popular US burger chain

Time Out Says

Found on the banks of Jumeirah Al Naseem’s Turtle Lagoon, this place is cool, not just in terms of its Brooklyn-inspired décor but also the properly infectious East Coast beats playing overhead and chilled-out, casual (yet professional) service from the waiting team and bar staff.

Although the outdoor area is best for dining, if you’re looking for a drink, grab a stool at the bar and enjoy the urban vibe.

Black Tap excels in bringing some of the States’ top craft hops over to the emirate, both by the barrel and special guest bottled brews in town for limited time only – and there’s an impressive variety.

Whether you’re after a craft that’s bursting with hops, or some fruity infusions, you’re not going to be left disappointed.

A daily happy hour offers two-for-one on select drinks until 8pm, where you’ll be able to try different mixed drinks, some usual house beverages and plenty of hops, grape and more.

And once you’re done chowing down on some truly awe-inspiring burgers (the Texan is our personal favourite, and its totally moreish barbecue sauce), you can go on to wash it all down with one of the restaurant’s over-the-top freakshakes.

Alternatively, you can just kick-back and watch the world go by with a couple of frosty ones and a portion of gooey mozzerella triangles.
