Buzzing bar boasting stunning Dubai Marina views

Time Out Says

Since opening, this cool, trendy Pier 7 spot, with its stripped back interiors complete with rustic and industrial fit-out, has attracted a huge crowd. And that crowd has been consistent – to this day it remains perennially packed, not least at the weekend when it takes busy to a whole new level.

Staff handle busy times well, keeping their cool and mixing up some inventive drinks at speed while maintaining visual flair. They’re experts here. A certain calibre of guest (those for whom money spent on mixed drinks is perhaps no object), make this their regular.

Go during happy hour when those mixed beverages – priced from Dhs58 – and hops and grape – from Dhs39 – go right down to Dhs25 from 5pm to 8pm. There’s also a buzzing ladies’ night every Tuesday if you’re looking for a lively midweek shindig.

Throw on your gladdest rags and soak up those stunning Dubai Marina views from the balcony. Go early at the weekend if you want a seat, and early post-work during the week if a quieter night with conversation is on the cards.

But for an all-out, let-your-hair-down end-of-the-week bash, a Thursday or Friday night here could be just the ticket.

The bottom line
Trendy spot that attracts a big crowd.
