You're great. You're fantastic. Time Out loves you.
But we could all do with a little looking after once in a while.
Check out our pick of the best body and mind activities in Dubai this week.
Free chiropractic checks: Local clinic Chiropractic Dubai has a community health kiosk at Mall of the Emirates until Saturday. Head down to meet the team of physiotherapists and doctors and get a free postural and spinal check, as well as a foot scan.
Free. 10am-midnight, until April 9. Carrefour entrance, Mall of the Emirates, Barsha (050 640 3307).
A day in the desert at Bab Al Shams: We love this sleek desert resort for its idyllic dune location, gorgeous pools and impeccable service. This month, book the Sun, Sand and Serenity treatment and you’ll get a body exfoliation using ground olive pits, an aromatherapy facial cleanse and massage and a traditional Balinese massage. You’ll then get to use the spa steam and sauna, as well as the hotel’s pool. Make a day of it.
Dhs750 for a 90-minute treatment and all-day pool access. Until April 31. Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa, near Endurance City, an hour’s drive from Dubai (04 809 6232).
Kettlebells on a golf course: New fitness facility Fit Lab offers a range of weekly classes, from spinning to TRX and abs blasts, but we’re particular fans of the results-based kettlebells workout with Peter. The freeform weight-training class will have your biceps bulging in no time.
Dhs75 for members, Dhs85 for non-members. 10.30am or 11.30am. Fit Lab, Emirates Golf Course, Emirates Hills (04 380 2222).
Visit a new spa: The Adam & Eve Spa has just opened at the Iberotel Emirates Grand. With great views and an Asian-inspired environment it looks to be a good spot for inner-city pampering – we particularly like the sound of the massage and yoga packages. Keep an eye out for a full spa review in future issues.
Treatment prices vary. Emirates Grand Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road (04 323 0000).
Fast teeth whitening at 1847: The people at luxury men’s spa 1847 know it’s difficult to find time for pampering during a busy week, so they’re offering a 20-minute express teeth whitening that you can easily fit into your lunch break.

Meditative dancing: Join energy healing expert Reem Aboulhosn for a class where you’ll learn to ‘dance to the rhythm of your own beat’, let go and liberate your body, mind and soul. You won’t walk out knowing a bunch of jazzy steps, but you should leave feeling as though you’ve released a lot of your internal junk.
