Look hot for party season

Is your body ready for the festive celebration?

Hair salons notice an enormous boost in business in December, with many pre-Christmas and New Year’s Eve appointments booked up weeks, sometimes months, in advance. Of course it’s not just hair that requires special festive attention, so we’ve cherry-picked some of the best offers at spas and salons around town this December, for both men and women, based on their specially discounted prices or consistently excellent results.

From long-lasting, chip-free manicures (perfect if you’re travelling) to soothing facials (great if you’re all shopped out) to a few festive-themed treats (such as The Ritz-Carlton’s ‘gingerbread cocoon’), as well as some expert tips, you’re guaranteed to become more beautiful after reading this feature. We’re already halfway through December, so there’s little time to waste – get booking before your advent calendar is demolished. (All treatments still had pre-Christmas appointments available at the time of going to press).
