Dubai dance classes, a wellness app and a year of mani-pedis

This week: a new class at James & Alex Dance Studios, a clinic launches an app, and get a year of mani-pedis.

If you know that Zumba routine better than the instructor and you’re looking for new ways to get active, sign up for the new Pole Fitness class at James & Alex Dance Studios (04 447 0773). Known as Dance Infused Vertical Aerobics (DIVA), the classes promote core strength and flexibility, and works out all muscle groups. Classes run out of the studio in Concorde Tower, Dubai Media City every Monday and Tuesday at 7pm and cost Dhs100.

Meanwhile, skincare clinic Rebecca Treston at Euromed (04 394 5422) has just launched a new mobile phone app for tech-savvy beauty aficionados. It features the latest treatment and clinic info, plus special offers and deals.
