Must-have hair products and a new baby-friendly Pilates class

Sick of unsightly grey roots but no time to nip to the salon? Show them the door on your way out with Vivandi’s (www.vivandi.ae) new Salon in a Bottle touch-up spray, which conceals your silvers in seconds. The formula contains vitamin E, camomile and green tea extract, and comes in six shades – blonde, dark blonde, light brown, medium brown, darkest brown/black and auburn – and is priced at Dhs110. The best bit? Each hue is waterproof (swim-proof) and smudge-proof, staying put until your next shampoo.

It’s products galore in Dubai this month, with Redken Diamond Oil High Shine Collection now available in the city. Claiming to strengthen hair from the inside out, the range includes a shampoo, conditioner and ‘airy mist’ (starting from Dhs99), containing lina oil, coriander oil, apricot oil, olive oil, jojoba oil and coconut oil. To complement the range, there’s also an in-salon treatment available at Pastels (www.pastels-salon.com).

Elsewhere this month, Pure Fitness has launched its baby-friendly Pilates classes, where new mums are welcome to bring their little ones along to their workouts. According the fitness firm, Pure Pilates sessions are designed specifically for women’s bodies, and small groups mean you’ll see results faster. There are also baby-free classes. Until next time, happy stretching!
