Spa etiquette

• Give 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Leave your phone in the locker or turn it to silent.
• Wear swimming attire in saunas, steam rooms, pools and Jacuzzis.
• Disposable underwear is usually provided. Don this and wear your robe until you are in your treatment room.
• Tip your therapist if you are happy with the service. The usual rate is 15 to 20 percent.
